Cristiano Ronaldo and his Nike Mercurial Vapor IV cleats were given the title of FIFA World Player of the Year today at a star studded event in Zurich. Ronaldo just beat out Lionel Messi to the title after an amazing year which saw the Portugese star score 42 goals and lead Manchester United to the Premier League and Champions League title.
